“Creating Safer Spaces” Chris Blake and Mrs Liz George will be running another round of the Methodist Church’s Safeguarding training “Creating Safer Spaces” in April and October 2019 There are two slightly different courses; “Foundation” for those who have never done it before, and “Refresher” for those who have, but please feel free to attend the course on the most convenient date.It is a requirement that all who work with children or vulnerable adults, all local preachers and worship leaders, and all stewards, attend every four years. However protecting the weakest and vulnerable in our society is a whole community responsibility and anyone within HSBC churches who would like to attend is welcome.
